What You’ll Do: We are looking for a passionate retail professional to lead and develop teams who build our brand and drive sales. You will bring your experience in multi-unit management to motivate, navigate and be the sounding board for Store Managers, business partners, and sales drivers. As a District Manager you will be responsible for building the retail business strategy and setting direction for the store teams, you will be covering the North-East Florida Coast, from Jacksonville, FL to Stuart, FL.

The daily responsibilities for this role will include P&L monitoring, recording, directing revenue and spending for 9-11 stores within the region. This will require you to be a forward thinker by identifying opportunities for improvement in the store region; designs and implements training, policies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity and morale. You must maintain knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies. While in the field daily you will be representing Curaleaf as a brand ambassador.

• You have 5+ years in retail management
